1. 7-Day Return & Refund Window

You can request a return and refund within 7 days of delivery for most products. The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

3. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns/refunds for:

6. Refund Amount Breakdown

1. Product Price: 100% refunded
2. Shipping Fee: Refunded if the return is due to our error: damaged, defective, wrong item. Not refunded for "change of mind" returns on orders <₹499.
3. COD Charges: ₹40 COD fee is non-refundable
4. Discounts: Refund = Amount you actually paid after discounts

7. Damaged/Defective on Delivery

1. Do NOT accept the delivery if the outer box is severely damaged.
2. If you notice damage after opening, click photos/video and email mecmart43@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We’ll arrange free pickup + full refund or immediate replacement. No questions asked.

8. Failed Delivery Refunds

If your order is returned to us because delivery failed after 3 attempts or address was incorrect, we’ll refund the product amount minus ₹100 shipping & handling charges.

9. Cancelled Orders

1. Before Dispatch: Full instant refund to original payment method.
2. After Dispatch: Cannot cancel. Please refuse delivery or initiate return after delivery.

10. Mecmart Wallet Refunds

Choose refund to Mecmart Wallet for instant credit. Use it anytime on Mecmart.in. 100% safe, no expiry. You can transfer it to your bank later from Account > Wallet.
