Welcome to Mecmart. By accessing or using www.mecmart.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from Mecmart, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this website. By using Mecmart, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at mecmart43@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Products & Orders

1. Product Information: We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is 100% accurate or error-free.
2. Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
3. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limited stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Cancellation: We may cancel orders if payment is not authorized, if the item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD may not be available for all pin codes or high-value orders. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery timelines of 3-7 working days are estimates only. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.
2. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
3. Shipping charges: Free for orders above ₹499. ₹40 for orders below ₹499.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy page for detailed terms. By placing an order, you agree to that policy. In summary: 7-day return window, product must be unused, refund in 5-7 working days.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in reviews.
3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Mecmart.in including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Mecmart or its suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Reviews & User Content

By posting a review or comment, you grant Mecmart a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content. You confirm that your review is your original work and does not violate any third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mecmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

12. Product Warranty

Manufacturer warranty, if any, applies as specified on the product page. Mecmart does not provide any additional warranty unless expressly stated.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
