Terms & Conditions – Mecmart.in

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of products from www.mecmart.in. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

1.1 Mecmart.in is owned and operated by Mechmart, Surat, Gujarat.
1.2 These T&Cs, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Mecmart.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms anytime. Updated terms apply to all orders placed after the update date.

2. Products & Information

2.1 We ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, actual color/size may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography.
2.2 All product features, specs, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.3 We do not guarantee that product descriptions or content is error-free. If a product you received is significantly different from its description, you may return it under our Return Policy.

3. Pricing & Offers

3.1 All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Prices and offers can change anytime before you place an order. The price at checkout is final.
3.3 In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
3.4 Discount codes/coupons are non-transferable and cannot be combined unless specified.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

4.1 Placing an order on Mecmart constitutes an offer to purchase.
4.2 We will confirm your order by email/SMS. This is not order acceptance.
4.3 Order acceptance happens only when the product is dispatched. We may cancel unconfirmed orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud.
4.4 You must be 18+ years old to place an order.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 We accept: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
5.2 COD orders above ₹5,000 or to certain pin codes may require partial prepaid confirmation.
5.3 For prepaid orders, payment must be authorized before dispatch.
5.4 You confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and that you are authorized to use them.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Standard delivery: 3-7 working days. Metro cities: 2-4 days. Remote areas may take longer.
6.2 Shipping Fee: Free for orders ≥ ₹499. ₹40 for orders < ₹499.
6.3 Risk of loss passes to you once the courier picks up the order.
6.4 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability after 3 attempts, the order will be returned and cancellation charges may apply.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

7.1 Cancellation by You: You can cancel before dispatch from "My Orders". COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
7.2 Cancellation by Us: We may cancel due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints. Full refund will be issued.
7.3 Returns: 7-day return window from delivery. Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging. See our Return Policy page for full details.
7.4 Refunds: Initiated within 48 hours of receiving the return. Amount reflects in 5-7 working days depending on your bank.

8. Warranty & After-Sales

8.1 Manufacturer warranty applies as mentioned on the product page. Mecmart is not the manufacturer.
8.2 For warranty claims, you must contact the brand’s service center directly. We will assist with contact details.
8.3 Mecmart provides 7-day replacement only for damaged/defective/wrong items.

9. User Obligations

You agree that you will not:
9.1 Place fraudulent or speculative orders.
9.2 Resell products purchased from Mecmart for commercial purposes without permission.
9.3 Misuse discount codes or create multiple accounts to exploit offers.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Mecmart’s maximum liability for any product purchased is limited to the purchase price paid by you.
10.2 We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.
10.3 We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control: natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, etc.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on Mecmart.in belong to Mechmart or respective brand owners. You may not use them without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These T&Cs are governed by Indian law.
12.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
