We want you to shop worry-free. If something isn’t right, returning it is easy.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You can return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery. The day you receive the order counts as Day 0.
2. Return Eligibility Checklist
Your return will be accepted if:
âś… Product is unused, unworn, unwashed
âś… All original tags, labels, and barcodes are intact
âś… Original packaging, box, user manual, warranty card included
âś… All freebies and accessories received with the product are returned
âś… Return request raised within 7 days
If any condition is not met, we may reject the return or deduct a restocking fee.
3. How to Return a Product
Option 1: Through Website/App
- Go to Account > My Orders
- Select the product > Click “Return”
- Choose reason + upload photos if damaged/defective
- Select pickup address & preferred slot
- Submit request
Option 2: Email Us
Send Order ID + reason + photos to mecmart43@gmail.com We’ll create the request for you.
After approval, our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-3 working days. Pickup is 100% free.

Â5. Exchange Policy
- Size Exchanges: Available for fashion/apparel. Request within 7 days. Only 1 exchange per item.
- Replacement for Defects: Available for all categories. We ship the replacement as soon as pickup is scheduled.
- If the new size/product is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund automatically.
6. Items You Cannot Return
For health, safety, and licensing reasons, these items are not returnable unless damaged/defective on arrival:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks
- Cosmetics, personal care, grooming products – if seal is broken
- Customized/personalized products
- Perishable items, food, flowers
- Software, digital downloads, e-gift cards
- Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
If these items are damaged on delivery, report within 48 hours at mecmart43@gmail.com for resolution.
7. Return Inspection & Timelines
- Pickup: 2-3 working days after request approval
- Quality Check: 1-2 working days after we receive the item
- Refund/Exchange: Initiated within 24 hours of QC pass. See our Refund Policy for credit timelines.
If the product fails QC: used, damaged by customer, missing parts, we’ll ship it back to you and refund will not be issued. You’ll be notified by email.
8. Return Shipping
- Who Pays: Mecmart covers return shipping for damaged, defective, wrong, or not-as-described items.
- Change of Mind: Free for orders ≥₹499. For orders <₹499, ₹40 reverse pickup fee is deducted from refund.
- You don’t need to pay the courier. Do NOT use your own courier – only our authorized pickup is accepted.
9. Large/Heavy Items
For products like Heat Press Machines, furniture, appliances:
- We’ll arrange pickup with 2-person team.
- Please keep the product packed in original box with thermocol.
- Dismantling charges, if any, are covered by us for defective returns.
10. Important Notes
- Raise return requests only through official channels. Don’t hand over products to anyone claiming to be from Mecmart without pickup SMS.
- Take a photo of the product before handover for your records.
- Refunds are not given in cash. Only to original payment method or Mecmart Wallet.
